28 ships in PB

The bug that sometimes allow more than 25 ships into a PB has not yet been fixed. For the San Juan PB, which is ongoing right now, we have 28 ships inside on the defending side. 

This bug really needs to get a fix.

In this PB it does not affect the chances of any attackers, but presumably it does mean that more than 25 players will be getting pensions from San Juan, an important region.

Yes. The clickfest is definitively the cause. Probably because of ping, the server does not register fast enough as full and accepts more players into the PB before it closes entry.

This is starting to become a thing. 

26 people on the defending side in the Road Town port battle currently ongoing. Once this starts happening in contested port battles it's going to be a real issue.
