Dismantling of buildings without destroying them

After the big patch hit now you have to invest a huuuuge amount of money and materials to build a workshop or a shipyard, not to mention when you want to upgrade your shipyard to level 2 or 3.

When it becomes clear that you built it in the wrong place or you or your clan are changing your homewaters which requires shipyard and workshop to be in a different spot your only choice is to destroy your old buildings and establish them in another town again. 

Which means you are losing all money and materials from your old buildings and have to invest the same amount again for your new buildings.

There is currently no way to dismantle your buildings and get the money and materials back that you had invested to construct/buy them, which is meh.
