Tried with another PC, it' work. Tried with mine, doesn't work ... Don't know why ... Can"t play a game that i've buyed ... And have not help ...

Personne peut rien faire parce que tu as un probleme software ou hardware, mais sa semble bien etre un probleme software. Si tu ne vois pas d'ou vient le probleme, une belle fresh install de ton windows ne fait jamais de mal de temps en temps et resoud a 99% tous les problemes de ce type.

If you have enabled "System Restore" option you can try restore your system to previous state.

Also,are you sure you did not install any software before you got this issue?

History : Play naval action, it's 18 hours, going to football, it's 19 hours, back from football with hurted leg, want to play naval action, it's 21 hours : Doesn't work. No installed anything, not changed anything. Just go and back few hours. Try to uninstall steam ( and of course, ALL GAME in steam)  then reinstalled, not solved.

So i will follow Charognard's said : Clean up install of my OS ... And lost every document i have.

Tried ... Doesn't work XD. It's impossible, if that not the param of the system, not the param of steam, not the game, not my box .... This juste impossible...

So, after used "Driver booster" it's work ! It's seem it a problem for my driver o.O So it's good.
