After exit fort royal, i'm stuck in ocean

Hello,

this evenning, i'm exit fort royal with my two trader lynx, i alt-tab to see forum, and when i'm back .... Well, a picture is better than word :

Well, i report that with F11, then deco-reco. But alway stuck. So i try to tow to port, but there was a "refresh", my teleport is "used", but i'm stay there, and teleport cannot be used bfore 5 hours.

 

So i can't play, and if i believe my "region" localisation, i'm in "Surrey".

I get this several times a night.... 

The only way I have found to get out of it is to hit Alt+F4 and log back in.  Only happens when I leave a port.

And i've try to connect on global but i have the same : Not channel to chat, stuck in ocean when i leave FR....

Never had this, is it a GPU problem? Log out, log back in.

 

Ping 0....got to be a clue to the problem.

 I've already try to unlog and log again. Doesn't work. Don't understand why that can be a gpu problem. It's working well before. I will try to log with the chipset later...

It's a server issue, already happened to me several times in the past, especially when the server had troubles, try to check your ping and bandwidth on an other game or program, maybe you had a small disconnect and the game failed to sync. your position with the server and you are in a default position in the middle of the map (Surrey, near KPR)

Have verified your game files ? Have utried to let the game running something like 5-10mins ? When it happen to me, it take a little time, but after some mins, i was unstucked.

In some cases helps using only wired network connection with internet.

Captain, could you please check that 8089, 5672, 5222, 21020-21036, 7401-7600 ports are open for Naval Action as tcp/udp in your firewall or antivirus program?

Turning of firewall of window, then re-connect : Nothing more.

See firewall program granted to connect : Naval action checked three time. Dont show up the port, but believe it's good.

And i play NA for more than one years, have 500 hours, never has problem. I've not new PC, or box, nothing. So i don't see how it could be a problem from port ...

Peut etre une maj de la boxe, essaye d'ouvrir ces port dans ton interface de boxe, et desactive ton antivirus quand tu jous, ca peut aider.

c'est vraiment etrange.... mais essaye quand meme de faire une regle manuelle sur les ports tcp/udp cité plus haut. Juste desativer le firewall ne suffit parfois pas.

See the screenshot, naval action is granted by firewall for client.exe and client_.exe. I've try to add all the port listed below and nothing more ... Dont understand.

5. Reboot your router

I think, you understand that it is problem with your PC or network. If you can, try run game from another PC in your current network. If it help, that mean your network is fine, and you has not any problem with game, reason of the problem is current PC preferences.

Because you something changed in PC preferences, installed Windows Updates or new program. Sorry, but we can't help you with your software problem. I was check your morning player dump(9:00 UTC) - all is OK. Player not corrupted.
