Not receiving Exp from missions

Friend of mine (can't F11 due to chat ban) has been doing Master and Commander missions with his clan and has not been receiving the mission rewards. After completing two missions the exp from the kills shows up but the 450xp from the mission reward and the 9000(?) gold are not awarded.
