That's not the problem indicated in this thread. We don't mind the game being "Hardcore" or with slow progression.

The problem is that the progression at the start feels much slower and boring than late game progression.

Progression in the grindiest of games always starts faster then slows down. In this game it seems to be opposite. 

That's the issue and that needs to be solved so we have more players to fight with and more competition.
