During the port battle for Puerto Bello the forts remained silent even though we had guys sailing right underneath their guns. Only at 100-200m the towers suddenly started firing. Also then they started to fire out of the bottom of the tower. We F11ed it.

I have video from a mission I had right outside of Mortimer town. The NPC fired on the fort, but the fort did not respond.

@William the Drake Forts do not shoot NPCs
