I would like to know when paintjobs will be back and how they will be acquired. Also i would like to know if the paints that are marked with "*new*" in this thread are actually finished / being worked on or are scratched/shelved? I'm really missing the only bit of customization the paints offered... I would suggest them being available for a ridiculous amount of gold ( maybe 50-500k depending on ship and rate ) as a gold sink to fight the inflation of the gold currency. There could be other means of earning it at the same time...

i doubt you will be able to buy them for cash ...going on current track ..it will be pvp or conquest marks

Maybe after release you might be able, but I don't see them doing so until than.  Though I bene wondering like the OP what is up with them and the Missing BP's that are suppose to return with some new stuff, but when?  So we are short some of our fav ships until they bring that content back or what?

Considering the fact that you can buy marks... what difference does it make? Even if they will be available for marks, they could also make them available for gold to slow down the inflation...

Yeah i really want back the rattlers and niagara, too.

Yah and even was thinking it would be cool if the Ingermanland was like the poor mans 4th rate that didn't have to have a permit since it's an older out dated ship per say.  Of course you know my view on the Rattler Heavy.  Put it in the Pirate Den.  I mean they gave us three heavy Frigate Permits, but would be nice if we got an actual BP.  Not like they care about the bastards of the server any way lol

Things like paint, custom sails, flags and even figure heads abd stern art. All those could be real money things i i would be cool with that. Cosmetic stuff. As long as we never get pay to win BS like the World of Tanks ect

 Are you asking for the right to pay more real money for "Hat" while the game is still in beta ? You guys really exist ?  Paints should be found in shop for every player (gold / mark i don't bother), they are just eye-candy and make the game less clone-war. Hiding content is a lame move.
