Crafting quantity slider dont work

As per screen no slider to choose quantity. This happened to me on number of occasions all around different crafting

To clarify - relog does not help?

packets don't arrive for some reason - this is one of the explanations. could you please reset the router and relog after that to check?

If this does not help please send F11 report - we need logs to investigate

Rebooting router and reloging did not help.
I forgot to mention that other crafting items are fine. Its the French Rig Refit that has no quantity bar.
Sometimes gathering resources from buildings would have same bug, but it would normally go away after re-clicking on the resource.
Not French Rig Refit. Its pretty stubborn.
Craft button works though and is crafting one at the time.
