Lost ships after using Forged Papers

A clan mate, Charcot, used the Forged Papers to switch nation, he had his ships in a Free Town, with an outpost there, he used the Forged Papers, it worked but when he relaunched the game, he had no ships.

Could you investigate on this please ? He did a Report Bug when this problem occured, he had a Trader Brig, Surprise, Indefatigable and a Trincomalee full of Carronades.

When it happened? you sure he did send a report? I see no report from player Charcot

Yesterday in the evening, he told me he send a report in French. He sailed with his ships to La Mona, opened the outpost and then he used the Forged Papers, he was kicked from the server, logged in and he had no ships, his money, Xp, Marks etc. was still there but only the ships were missing.
