Crew Losses

So I move from the Basic Cutter to a Pickle, only to realize, after I have bought the extra 15 crew, that I do not have cash to buy the guns for the Pickle.

So I go back to the Basic Cutter to continue grinding...to buy guns for the Pickle. On return to the Pickle, I realize I have to re-buy those extra 15 Crew for the Pickle...

So the Cutter was using my bought crew to replenish its losses ... just wait a minute that ain't right!!!...crew losses on the Cutter should be recovered free of charge without going into my crew stockpile.

Please repair this Devs...this is not very fair to any newcomers to the game.

Yep, every time I switch to the privateer I have to hire the same crew to fill it up.  about 800 gold every time

Captains, 40 free crew main purpose is to be sure a player will always be able to undock and sail a basic cutter, not to save some gold in any other case.

Well my gripe is having to hire crew every time you select the ship, then re-hire them again and again and again when you change ships.  Why don't the hired crew stay on the ship you hired them for?
