Since multiple people have been xp resetted, how am i supposed to know what is an exploit ingame or shitty gamedesign?

This is a real question, honestly no idea how to decide.

Whats an exploit and what not should be common sense tbh.,

If somethings shady its generally better not to do it.

Trading goods is legit. AI missions are legit. PVP is legit.

Everything that seems too easy is most of the time not.

If in doubt report in the forums.

Exploits are using a mechanic in an unintended manner to gain an advantage over another.

If you think to yourself, "I can't believe I'm getting away with this!" it could well be an exploit.  F11 it, and move on.  If you are unable to discern exploits from good use of mechanics, alpha testing a product may not be for you.
