Forum syntax overview

Hey mods & admin,

is there any chance to get more info on how to use certain syntax in the forum. So far I've seen "spoilers" and "tables" which can nowhere be found, only if you know the correct syntax.

Would you mind adding a " BB-code-list" of somesort?

I would really like to know how to make tables

It would really be in the interest of content-creators of this forum.

Not really motivating to do more in the future, if simple requests aren't even answered.

Honestly, I haven't the foggiest.  Devs are busy patching, and us mods aren't necessarily super savvy with this stuff.  (I'm not at least.)

I'm struggling too.

The new forum is nice and all, but I dearly miss the "raw text" input mode of the previous version. The spoiler tags do what they want, look:

I'm gonna put some text here and a spoiler tag

a yt link:

 

and some more text, then close the spoiler tag:

Then some text outside the spoiler tag to round things off nicely.

Yeah the first spoiler just never closes and you have to edit the post afterwards and drag the stuff out of it.

Okay so it works with text only.

with pictures spoilerception, to fix it i would have to drag and drop the 2nd spoiler out of the first one.

so, write up the raw text somewhere else - ctrl + right click - paste w/o formatting.

BBcode deprecated and replaced with nothing? Well laid out and large posts with spoilers and media is gonna be such a pain... Like the old ship previews we did a long time ago.

I've visited the ips site a few times trying to find a easy to read manual or best practise guidelines. After ten clicks without result I usually grunt and close the tab
