PVP mark farming?

I run in to a outlaw battlle, so i got curios. This is what i found. I dont know that is a planed trap or is just farming the alts, you decide!

you don't get marks nor gold for pirate versus pirate.

but I dont understand why you are listed on his team. that battle was free for all, no? at least it should be

@AxIslander It's an FFA battle(Free For All) everybody in that battle will be red to you so you can shot at them. There are no rewards given.

 

@Liquicity The standard screen is still listed, but it doesn't portray the allegiance in the battle, if their name is red they're an enemy and can be shot.

I understand, what u mean, what i don't get is: The guy in "my team" has a kill, yet no1 died in the other "team".

yes that's because its pirate vs pirate FFA. everyone is red to everyone. there are no teams.
