I Was a Rear Admiral. After XP Redeemed, I am now Commodore

Hello,

I'm sure there have been others who have complained about not receiving xp equivalent to what they had, but I'm not sure how their predicament applies to me. Others who I have spoken to who have experienced this type of issue, have no exp to redeem at all. 

My predicament is that I had exp to redeem (~1/3 through commodore). I'm assuming I also redeemed a lower amount for my crafting exp as well.

This is on Global.

Hmmm. Did you rank up to Rear Admiral then take a huge break before the wipe? The thing is that you had to fight a battle with your account very close to the wipe. Maybe you ranked up to Rear Admiral, but you didn't fight a battle near the wipe, so you got the rank and xp you had the last time you fought a battle. If you fought a battle on EU, before the wipe, your xp would transfer to other servers, but you didn't fight a battle on global? For instance, now that I've ranked up to Rear Admiral on EU1, if I go and redeem my XP on Global, I will get my commodore rank back, because that's the rank I had before the wipe when I fought a battle there.
