Lost all warehouse/outposts/ships after small patch

Played for several hours in the great wipe. Setup one outpost, redeemed trader brig, had some goods etc in main warehouse logged off. Logged on, download a small update. Enter game find that everything is gone except my rank and the gold i had acquired.   f11'd.

Small question did you check if you did reloged to the same server? Since all your assests are only on the server on played on.
