Get rid of timer

To devs:   Is it true that you are planning to give us the option to disable the timer in the next patch?  I hope you do realize that the existence of the timer has put many players off.  We can't enjoy a battle.

As of now, this is only a feature for pirate v pirate fights.

What do you mean pirate vs pirate? I am talking about Ultimate General Gettysburg. I read somewhere that the devs are trying disabled timer in internal testing. Is a patch coming soon?

Ahhh, I'm very sorry.  I didn't realize this post was in the UG:CW section.  A shift for timers will be in Naval Action, so it was a relevant question on what I thought it was addressing.  Very sorry once again, not sure what's in the works for UG:CW off the top of my head.

This is not accurate, no. Not sure where you heard it. There is no patch currently being developed on UGG. At least to my knowledge, and I've been part of the testing on all of them.

To me, it seems doubtful the timer will go away. It's an integral part of the game and would require massive overhaul of the game to remove it.
