Anolytic Posted February 26, 2017 Posted February 26, 2017 Have you reset your officer between battles? If you reset your officer to change perks, you reset the XP gained towards the next rank to zero.

Furthermore it's bad for low lvl player. At the moment the difference between a low level player and a high level player is their personal skill when both sail low rated ships. With toeing perks to rank the difference between them is getting bigger And leads to an even more advantage for the high rank player. Edited February 27, 2017 by z4ys 1
