New character

I want to make a new character and currently im french and i want to have an den-nor aswell but does it delete my old account?

Or does it do anything at all?

You can have only one char on one server.

As far as I know, the only way to have another character on the same server is to open a second Steam account, purchase the game for it, and set it up.

If I understand correctly, this is to avoid players spamming a server with alts, exploiting all sorts of trading and capping shenanigans.
