Donjuan Dimarco Posted February 1, 2017 Posted February 1, 2017 Hello dear Developers, unfortunately there have been unexpected disconnection problems at the port battle of Caracas today on the 1st of February 10.26 a.m. server time. I got several times disconnected and after all get out of port battle finally by disconnection. That happened several times in the past so please fix that problem to avoid frustration of your community. Best Regards Donjuan 4

This is about server maintenance time and there should be warning about it. To all Captains who experience connection issues on PVP-1 - please run connection test report 1
JollyRoger1516 Posted February 1, 2017 Posted February 1, 2017 That was over an hour apart from the server maintenance. And none of the guys on TS had any packet loss while being disconnected. Done the connection report - hope it helps. 1

balticsailor Posted February 1, 2017 Posted February 1, 2017 I got DCed 3 or 4 times during the pb, but i forgot to make a connecting test right after i was to focused at getting back into the battle.
Guest Posted February 1, 2017 Posted February 1, 2017 Something for the X-Files as it seems the disconnects happend only on one side of alliances. And that during a port battle Just a conspiracy theory
Ink Posted February 1, 2017 Posted February 1, 2017 Captains, there were about 30 players drop on our graphs, the server itself have no issue. According to connection test Captain Jœrnson sent, the issue is about 3rd party ISP temporary problems. Unfortunately in such cases we cannot do much as the problem is not about server provider. We also contacted our provider, in case there will be news from them - we will update the post.
