Nox165 Posted January 15, 2017 Posted January 15, 2017 I really hate that alot of the times we do not get to control the commanding generals of the battles, In ultimate general Gettysburg we never get to control lee or Meade. Which is a bit of a shame, sadly this is still the case in ultimate general: civil war. do you guys want to control those commanding generals? Personally, yes would love to have control of them.
GeneralPITA Posted January 15, 2017 Posted January 15, 2017 You can put any officer you wish as Corps Commander. Shuffle them around in the barracks. I have General Lee leading my 1st Corps and Jackson leading my 2nd Corps.
Nox165 Posted January 15, 2017 Author Posted January 15, 2017 Guess I should have been a bit more clear I am talking about in historical battles.

Tell that to Thomas Jackson's sentries. All I hear now, though, is some dude named Beauregard saying, in a Foghorn Leghorn voice, 'Suh, I take, I say I take exception to those remahks.'

Lee had diarrhea for several weeks during the period surrounding Gettysburg. He was no spring chicken, either. A remarkable general nonetheless. I don't mean to belittle.
