What will be the role of Groups, Clans, Navies, & Armada's in the world of Naval Action?

My question is this:

 

What will be the role of Groups, Clans, Navies, & Armada's in the world of Naval Action? 

 

We will control a port??, we´ll control the Vessel constructions??

 

I think that there aren´t much information about this

There hasn't been that much revealed concerning your questions.  I get the impression by reading "between the lines" that nations won't be in a state of perpetual war. Sometimes you will be at war with a nation and later at peace. I don't know if this is true or not.

 

There will be clans. There will be an economy. Clans will be able to establish cities but we don't know exactly what this will look like.

 

When they have spoken of clans they have often used the word "company" This may imply that clans will be an integral part of the economy.

 

Thats about all we know. If I'm forgetting anything I'm sure someone else will add to what I have wrote.
