Sappers

Can we have sappers in the game, small brigades max 1000 man with standart muskets and axes with ability to build breastworks and other defences one or two times per battle. price of units are 2x in comparsion with standart brigades. And maybe small pontoon too.

You don't need sappers, there isn't enough time for a proper sapper unit to do their thing on the field in the confines of the game. 

However, units DO need the ability to fortify their position over time. This is standard operating procedure, and the poster child for this is Culp's Hill at Gettysburg.
