A check for a player

Dear Developers,

unfortunately I have to draw your attention to a player named Jeanne de Belleville. Me and a clanmate of mine, where into the pvp deep water event today on 30th of December, which started at 16.20h server time and ended at 19.20h server time. When the event was almost finished we had a match with Jeanne de Bellville from RDNN clan. He was on a Trincomalee my clan mate was on Surprise and I sailed a pirate frigate. The Surprise (3.97 with exceptional upgrade optimized rudder) and the Pirate frigate (4.05 with exceptional upgrade optimized rudder)  have normally the best turn rates of warships in the game of Naval Action as far as I know. Trincomalee has a turn rate with exceptional upgrade optimized ruder of 2.85.

My clanmate and me are experienced sailors in this game so we know what are the strengths and the weaknesses of any ship. And so this leads me to the conclusion that  it is impossible that a Trincomalee outturns the above mentioned ships. I have sent a "f11" report for checking the player Jeanne de Bellville. Moreover it was strange that he shot our sails with one broadside down though I had rigging specialist perk. And when we shot on his sails on close range under 250m with 32pd carronades there was almost no sail damage to his ship though we had direct hits. Moreover direct stern- and front-rake hits "killed" almost no crew on his ship though we achieved direct hits.

So please, dear developers, check this above mentioned player. It is important that players who are corrupting the game have no space on this server and in any game because they are destroying the motivation of honest players who want to find out who is the better player and not who is the better cheater.

I will not accept such behaviour of these sort of persons who are destroying your outstanding masterpeace which you have created with this game. And these kind of people don't think about the fact that the economical success of the game is important for the creative people who are on the payroll of the developing company.

I claim a quickly response after your player-check and I hope if it is the case that the player has manipulated the game to his advantage he will be banned from the server as soon as possible.

There are a lot of things in play.

Manual Sails
Crew in Sailing Focus
Turning Trim
Optimized Rudder
Agile Hull Bonus
Light Weight Ropes and Blocks
Rigging Quality
Rum rations (I think?)
And I think a few perks and other regional bonuses.

Did either of you have Speed Trim (negative turning modifier)

Devs have said these kind of things are handled by the server and not the client so it isn't possible to hack them.

Hi Prater,

Thanks for quick interim response, I didn't use any upgrades which decrease the turning ability of ships : I have except. copper plating, optimized rudder and improved magazine access on the pirate frigate.

My personal oppinion is that if someone wants to corrupt a game, it is hard to avoid this to 100% from developer's side. I am pretty sure that they will do their best to protect the game.But there are much examples in the past where players have corrupted online games to their selfish advantage. So I think it is important -like the developers made clear in the tribunal- that everyone who is corrupting the game will be punished. The reason why the developers have to do this is quite simple: because they need to sell their game cause they need the money for life. But unfortunately there are ignorant people who do not care about this issue. And this makes me really angry and I think the developers are not amused about such ugly behaviour as well. So I will support them and continue reporting "abnormal activities" in game. Jean de Bellville wrote me that I won't dare to bring him to forum. I think now he knows better and maybe banned.

First off.. Lightweight ropes and blocks - better manual sails..

Secondly... Rum rations - better manual sails and rudder times..

Thirdly... manual sailing...

Fourthly.. powder monkeys + rum rations = better reload times..

Fifthly... Carros for a damn PvP fight??!! are u one of those pirates who can't do much else than insta board??

Btw.... Check the pen values for carros.. If you shoot at a trinc at 250 meters (and are lucky enough to actually hit anything) you won't do much dmg anyway...

I've prepared a full turning Trinco and she turns like 3.30 in the harbor.With upgrades,rum ration lightweight ropes and blocks etc etc she does even better.I've already defeated frigates class ships and i can definitely say that  she can t really outurn a frigate but in good hands she s not that easy to stern rake,hope this helps.

When we take ourselves for a good player, the day or we fall on better one than is, it cheats necessarily.

 But has my opinion jeanne de Belleville use:

double turbo reactor,/ triple thickness of sails, /4 rudders and magic shield.

The same player took me on the ideal course of the Reno (Bermuda Cedar + Copper + Speed Trim + Craft Speed + Regunal Speed Bonus) With a Conni pulled into the skies and even overtook on the Open world.

In the fight he had zero changes since I am driven with 15.8 knt, do not tell me that it is not a cheater.

We have a game programmers in the Chlan, you can change everything here as you want it (So the SERVER does not notice it thanks to the same address), it is not easy but feasible.

And now tell me please that the Trinco with all updates over 4.3 Turnrate comes ????? I have this on my Supriese.

I also sail with manual sailing.

No matter the developers itchers unfortunately unfortunately nothing.

If you report bugs you only get told we have no time.

No wonder the numbers of active players in the cellar.

PS: if you do nothing will soon be so little player that the server does not reckon and the light goes off.

The turnrate in port doen't include ANY manual sailing infuences. You got outsailed.

Per advance, sorry for my bad english, i m a player since the beginning of the game or so , first time i had a tribunal post, i m honored

My trincomalee, is a bermuda build, with agile hull, optimised rudder, that why i turn not so bad(around 3.40/3.50 dont remenber exactly), i also use a renforced sail on board

I am of course agree for an account checking, there no probleme for me, but what will be done if in fact i m just a single player, just trying to understand game mechanic and try to use it best i can? I meant what about those players who crying "cheat" when they realize their gank turn bad

i m really disapointed to be named as a cheater in game! specialy bye AIE guys

I´m completly sure that Jeanne played fair and well, he´s a skilled captain and doesn´t need cheats to win.

PD: Donjuan, cheats aren´t needed to beat you, just use manual sails and voila.

There are no videos that could be used as proofs. Also there are no F11 reports you have mentioned you sent.
