Disband a corps?

I created a 3rd Corps by accident.  It is using up one my my best generals and I'm unable to disband it..  Am I out of luck, or is there a way to remove it?

I believe at the moment there is no way to dismiss or disband a corps

Buy a new general to replace your III Corps commander, then bring him to where you desire.

Same deal with divisions. Just a small quality of life improvement if we could disband empty ones.

Yep, it would be nice if we could also send existing commanders of corps back to the reserve if we're not using them.  Same with the Major General spots, if you have no troops to fill the slots.
