On low with everything off, yes. That is not a gaming laptop. *Also your on board Video uses shared memory, so you will need to upgrade those 4 gb to at least 8. Game requires healthy 4gb on Minimum requirements and if you share it with Video it won't be enough.

Make sure you can upgrade to 8 gb, some laptops are locked in with what they have.
