King of Crowns Posted December 23, 2016 Posted December 23, 2016 How about a war supply good that could stop the generation of resources from a port for an allotted amount of time. or perhaps stop ship building in a port for an amount of time. make it so that it takes like 15 Indiaan full of this supply and make it a sever message whenever this mission is being taken. also make it so that there is a time frame from the time that the mission is take to a time that the mission must be completed. make this a nation wide effort to coordinate in both offense and defense. You could also limit the amount of ports/ regions that could be effected to prevent blackouts of whole nations crafting/resource production. also make it so that these goods cannot be crafted or shipped to free ports. they must go from one national port to another. keep up the good work devs. 2
Sir Texas Sir Posted December 23, 2016 Posted December 23, 2016 Just give us raids. Raid a port (kinda like old flag system) that one port has an isntant port battle and than if you win it is controlled for 3 days and you get loot from it. Than it returns to the owner of that region. While it's raided it doesn't produce anyhting for the owners. I would prefer them to drop Pirates out of conquest and this would be there system but they need to test things either way. Though for epic events I would love to see actual treasure fleets but that was another topic some one brought up. 6
shaeberle84 Posted December 24, 2016 Posted December 24, 2016 Raids would be awesome. Use the old flag system, new port battle mechanic. And you should be able to target EVERY port, not just region capitals.
Sea Archer Posted December 26, 2016 Posted December 26, 2016 For economy war I would propose a system like in Sid Meier's Pirates. The ai traders have to come through if the port shall prosper. Without traders, the production shall be drastically reduced.
