can't launch game

Game run well for me, however since today I can't launch it.

First it was launching in minimized mode. After clicking ALT+Enter it maximized, however now the only thing I get is a black screen and music (which suggests game is running). My system is Windows 10.

Reinstalling game and deleting local files didn't help.

Try deleting the client.exe prefetch files at C:\Windows\Prefetch   That may or may not work.

It didn't work. My logs and options are below. (destroying steam API happens after alt+f4
