It dosnt matter...He KNEW! Thats cheating no matter how you look at it...He KNEW he exploited a bug in the game..Thats cheating in any game out there and you know it 1

And why did nobody else know this? from what you can read in the tribunal on this particular case he didnt leave when asked to. he found the bug out and thought: "hell, now that im in...why not make use of it"

Continuing to exploit the bug is not fair and I condemn this strongly too. He is still the discoverer though . I guess sometimes we need someone with bad intentions to find the gamebreaking bugs/exploits.
