Since we purchase this as an early access version, will we be required to rebuy the game after final development is in place or will it roll into this version that we already paid for?

You have paid for the game.  Nothing more when it's released you just download the version/patch and play.

This said, once you'be bought it, you can rebuy it and gift it to your friends. And don't forget to ask the devs about adding MultiPlayer!

PD BTW I agree him in that at least independent battles must be able to be played versus player .... and advice developers to do so if only for gain selling number discouraging piracy copies

I think most of us here probably purchased UG: Gettysburg in early access as well.
