Quartermaster

Move this  post to the appropriate topic if I am just duplicating one.

I would like to have a Quartermaster interface where I could see my warehouse inventory in my outposts (and ship holds) without having to teleport hither and thither. This would become critical if the teleport is limited or eliminated after release. I would hate to have to sail from outpost to outpost just to do inventory.

I belive this will be done (or something similar resolving problem) together with UI refresh

this is a GREAT idea. remove that PRAY button and replace it with something useful like this idea!
