Contracts buggy

I found a bunch of contracts not beeing filled automaticly as it seems. Had seen this before but now i could fight my greed and remembered to take screens before buying

 

But I guess thats not how they should work, it doesnt affect all contracts tho. Couldn't really find a pattern so far. Mostly the "new ressources".

NPC traders can still bring resources for sale during maintenance. Because it happens during maintenance they cannot fulfill the contract. Thus a minor portion of goods (1/24th) can be sent directly to port stock.
