There are tons of questions people bring up that never get answered and are lost in translation. I would suggest make the question short polite and things that are LARGE game breakers to you. I would LOVE FOR ADMIN TO ANSWER. Even a simply yes , no or we are thinking about it. No need to go into details. Mr admin will there be anything done to keep players from jumping between factions to always be on the winning team and to keep players from having 2 or more alts doing the same? This kinda breaks the real immersion. I detest Alts, it does more than break immersion. It creates strong conflict of interest, and an inability to trust any of your own countrymen. I have no idea how many British players are also pirates, but I know at least a few are. It's got to be frustrating on both sides of the coin. I went from being naive and ready to join a clan to basically playing solo most of the time. I don't trust anyone enough to put my well being in their hands. Regarding jumping between nations - I don't know if there's a good way. If you're part of a nation that you hate, why must you then remain? It is a bit frustrating to see everyone constantly flooding over to the Pirates, but I'd rather see happy players on the wrong team than watch people leave the game because they got pissed at Bob and his whole clan of people. Maybe make it a little more difficult than just rerolling, do something to make a person REALLY think about what they're doing.
