Having a money log would be a nice addition: a logbook with all the expenses and the incomes that you can check with "daily" or "weekly" (ingame) subtotals. A better version of the current log that only gives incomes...

I agree. Thought the same thing last night....a ledger would be nice to see. I plan to start keeping a written one.

No idea about this but would it be possible to use the API to extract this information, so to make entries in a personal record ?

I'd be willing to try, but from what I just read over in the API thread, the API only cover seaport data....not personal data of people's ships. That kind of info could be used to cheat.

 

I see in the file structure in my Steam folder, that a log of all chats is stored on our computers per game session. (kinda nice to know) It would be great if there was this type of log of what appears in our in-game "History" tab. Not great info, but a start. If we could find the file, we could throw together a C# program to read and manipulate the data.
