Failed capture after surrender

Tagged enemy player

Entered combat instance

Player surrendered as soon as possible

Didn't get his ship in after action screen

Later found the player sailing out of port in basic cutter

Did i do something wrong or was it a bug?

when someone surrenders instantly without you doing at least 5% damage (I think), you won't get the kill on him and therefore also not the ship in the end. You'd have to sail to his ship and assign crew.
