Im trying a trading mission, some fancy oak from Mort to PR, accepted it but the oak doesnt show up in the equipment screen or anywhere I can see, how does that work?

Do you know what "trading exp" means? Are we supposed to have to level trading up like crafting to get special deals?

no

trading xp means you will get crafting and combat xp for filling delivery orders. 50 xp is for trading resources (you did not craft them), quests for crafted goods (like carriages) will give you crafting xp (trading xp) for the items you delivered based on the delivery volume.

Under a mission delivery order, I made a partial delivery. At the delivery port, I sold the items under the resources section and received payment. However, looking at the delivery order shows a 0/256 for deliveries. Did I not sell correctly?

No, you must go to the missions screen, click on delivery orders. Then highlight the mission you've taken and click on deliver order. took me a couple tries to figure it out myself.
