Transfer clan leadership

Not a pressing issue. But before release, the game needs a way to transfer clan leadership so successful established clans can have continuity should the leader go on military deployment, otherwise be offline for extended time or be leaving the game.

I think the reset might take care of the issue and give the opportunity for the clans to be created again.

 

Transfer of ownership though is a good suggestion.
