Do Cuttler and the Iron Brigade run onto the field in Day 1 a.m.?

I just noticed last night now fast they move once they get onto the field vs. Paul and Bucktail later in the scenario.

Also once they arrive at their final location their condition is low perhaps in line with them running.

 

Is it right that they are set on run mode when they first come into view?

Yes they run. It simulates the fact that Iron Brigade and Cutler marched fast to reinforce Buford.
