I think we should use this thread for an official list of clans and people who are openly for hire to fight for nations whether to attack ports or to patrol waters for enemies. If you are a clan or person looking to be hired or if you are a faction in need of muscle or protection for your shipping i would encourage you to use this thread to assist you in your needs. I would like/hope this can be a help for the small faction who can use mercenary navies to help further thier nation without the need of a artificial mechanic comming from the developers. Sir Texas Sir Posted October 9, 2016 Posted October 9, 2016 I like this, really wish folks would stop teaming against pirates and fight each other. With the new mechanics we are really looking forward to fight for one nation or the other when being contested in regions or just killing them all. I don't think the nationals understand just how much us Pirates can be a thorn in a side. When all the nations aren't fighting each other it kinda gets a bit boring if your not in the middle of all the fighting. 1

Any faction can hire another faction to run blocking or screening assignments for them. If spain only has 5 ships to attack a port but hires 20 english ships to kill anyone who comes to defend the port then they are free to attack alone. With the new system mercenaries would work even better. I REALLY wish these small factions would take advantage of this possibility. They cannot be Pirate, at least until rogue mechanics come in. Price varies on the target, and whether or not you want their ship. Werwolf ingame name. 3
