I know folks have it.  I know one person on PvP2 that has it for sure.  There was a rumor one of the guys in our clan got it by breaking down the redeamable ones, but we don't know if that was a fluke or what.

When it came out you could get it via breaking it down and getting lucky but that option has as far as I know been removed by now as it is supposed to be event only so don't break up your ship if you like it
