Fun fights on pvp2 last night

Didnt know where to put this here or national news but anyways last night i had a string of about 20 great pvp fights/chases/captures . I even ran into Hodo for the first time ever. Everyone i fought both US and British for the first time was fun not angery and pissy.

Ironically in the end i was pming with a US player giving him pointers on how to push on and get better and ran into a horde of US ships waiting for me led by the famed Pirate hunter Willis.

My clan mate was drunk off his ass and fell on the floor and his ship sailed away so i gave a what fight i could but a suprise skippered by the best shot in Florida kept me in the match and after over a hour they did what seldom happens and killed the pirate doomed lol.

Was fun fights. Wish my friend didnt pass out and i would have been paying attention lol but it was still fun.

Rear Admiral Willis of the United States Navy here, it was indeed a fun fight! Despite myself messing up a tack once in the fight, I believe I really showed off the fine points of Agamemnon. However, it was Commodore Dallas Drake of the frigate Surprise who really allowed us to win the fight: his superb skills with the bow chasers of his ship allowed me to bring my ship into range. After a few broadsides, we had your sails cut up badly, yet you repaired and tried to get away you slippery pirate!   However we would have none of it, after chaining your sails down again, I decided to de-mast you. As your maintopmast carried away, the valiant Commodore Zim, Constitution, continued to pepper you with cannonfire. Shortly thereafter, the fearless Commodore Dragonfire used his well-handled Indiaman to board you, thus ending the fight.

 

I had a fun time, and I whole-heartedly believe, had Dallas not been there to keep you tagged in battle, the fight would have ended much sooner, with your Constitution yet again showing my swift Agamemnon a clean pair of heels.

 

Good fight, as always Doomed. I look forward to hunting your ship once more!

Yes Dallas Drake was his name ! He was the true hero of the day...well if youre a scummy US dog. He probably did the least damage to be over all but it was the most important damage done to me for sure.

As for my friend well he passed out do to drinking and sailing lol. It really was the most fun losing ive had in a while lol.

Next time as always i hope to avoid the fight sir ha ha ha.

I would have turned and fought had it been just you but seeing it was 3 trincs and your ships vs my lone rattler it wasn't much of a fight. Either way I wasn't mad, I was surprised at how tough that ship was. And he helped me transport it to where I wanted to go anyway so it was all good.

Yes after seeing it was you i felt bad and let you all to it and i left.
