My Captain just disappeared from my account.... Please Help

I was logged in playing and i had to restart my computer.  I went to log back in and my captain was gone.    My father plays and it shows i was logged in only a hour ago.  

 

Please help....  I just made flag captain and have like 11 million and some of my fleets ships in my harbors.... 

 

If i can't get my captain back..i don't now what i'm gonna do

 

 

Captains name is "Frederick de Booty"    I'm in (BRITS) fleet....

Captain, once we check I will reply - just to clarify - you logged on the same server?

According to our logs the character is there - please check the server or perhaps it is on different Steam account?

  My account is [Redacted]   I was playing on steam using family share.  My dad owns the game.  Steam told me i could no longer play the game and it asked if i wanted to buy the game.  My dad said it was ok to buy it.  So I bought the game and it immediately allowed me to log in.

 

   I logged in and it shows no game character yesterday.  My dad and me attempted to create a character using my captains name (frederick de booty)  it says character already in game...

 

So no idea what happened

  Thank you, i put a lot of time into the game and i have a bunch of ships in storage for my fleet that are not mine.
