I cant vote in politics tab

Im not sure why i cant vote in the politics tab.

Is that a bug or am i just stupid?

You need to be part of the same nation for 15 days and be over rank 3.

 

As you're above rank 3 its most likley you havent been part of the same nation for more then 15 days.

Good point here, the screen should state why you are not allowed to vote.
