Firt of all sorry for screenshots spam, i dont know exactly wich ones could be really usefull.

I was attacking a spanish smuggler npc as spanish player, when suddenly a dutch player join my side and start shooting to me. I ask to stop teamhitting but he refuse saying he is dutch. Finally he sunk me.

I am dutch player. atm we r at war with dons.

When I spotted consti close to La Habana, I set full sails ahead toward to him, after few seconds he jump into fight with npc, so when i reached the destination of the fight, i jumped into it, and the battle with my enemy begun. that's all what I can say about this.

I didn't pay attention which side I'm am joining, game allow me to do it, so I did what I was supposed to do

I have searched the rules and the forums and cannot find a definition for "green vs green" but I think you may have committed an offence.

What you did sounds reasonable but I believe players at NA are expected to just know that this is "green vs green"

As i mention, we r at war, it wasn't my intention  to abuse the rules.

Blood on my ayes, full speed ahead. I joined because game allow me, fight was at close range, the tag names are over the top sails. I did not pay enough attention which side i'm joining. If i good remember i joined other battles in past, but i think i was at the proper side.

 

Ill report it as a game bug, There shouldn't be possibility to join battle at any circumstances when the nations are at war state
