Ah so that could happen if a new player just has got freshly registered?

Is this also the reason why clan info is sometimes out of date?  Such as who is logged on/off, or even the member's rank?  Or is that an F11 bug should be reported?

Correct.

With the clan info you need to logout and login again to see it displayed correct if you have changed something in it. (It has been reported because I have been one of those which have reported it )

With the showing if someone is online or not in the clan tab it should be enough to just close it and then open it again to force a reload for the data.

I have a player in my friendslist who I know to have deleted his account. Shows exactly the same way as OP's picture.

This has been a while but I had upped my rank in my last clan and my rank stayed the same in the clan list for a few weeks before upgrading, but the active/inactive status still takes a while to propogate frequently.
