Wrong Rank

So basically, I deleted my USA game (I was first lietuenant), then I made new account on the british side. Then it said my rank was First lietuenant and I had 884 xp, same as I had in my USA game. My ingame name for both of these games were Kirahvi. So yeah.. It says first lietuenant even though it should say Midshipman

The rank is tied to your steam account ID. So if you delete your character and then create a new one it will still have the same rank and XP as your old one had.
