I want to buy this game but my question is can I run this game on high quality? I can run this game on low and maby medium quality but can I run it also on high quality?

you have mighty gpu and good cpu, you'll have no issues running this game on high

Yah you shouldn't have any issues running. I  have a 980 and I can run it on ultra settings and keep 60+ fps execpt in big battles like port battles, but I think that is cause the current state of the game doesn't us multi core yet as far as I know.
