Sailing in a Group to missions

Everyone sailing in a group should have visibility of the missions of all group members.

 

This would greatly assist where some members are challenged by both weather and map reading.

Would make it a lot more easy to find them when in a group.

 

Wish groups also listed ranks so you can see other than by ships what missiosn you can or want to do with your group.  Also a nice way to know if some one in your group was doing the undercrew thing.

What is a mission ? Is that a pve server thing ?

You know a one of the two ways to level a character... and I don't count sailing because the amount you get is crap.
