Cannot sail in shallow waters with Trader Snow

Currently in front of Mayaguana, cannot approach the port. Trader snow can't enter shallows (what she's supposed to do according to internet and Global chat)

 

Any help please ?

There is a way into the port - you just need to find it.  Bump around on the shoals until you get it figured out.

Some shallows are treacherous. Sail slow and navigate them.

Thanks for your answers boys, I found out.

 

Had a Surprise in fleet (totally forgot) so was bound by its beam !

That would most certainly cause problems.

Some ports are hard to enter, but there is always a path to find. The most uncomfortable ports (like Baja) will be addressed in the future
