Hullo,

just tried that cute little thingy. And i capsized without being rammed, not even touched by the enemies ship. Just changing the weather side going downwind + a tiny wave and me ship drowned.

That is rather funny, but I do not know if its intended. :)

I F11'd it and wanted to post here as a heads up. :)

Regards,

Tyren

One of the spainsh has some screenshots of his great adventures with the gunship.  We so going to need to do a big battle with a bunch of these little guys.

That battle ends after about 3-4 minutes with 1 side completely upside down. :D

Well has anyone sailed in a small boat (little freeboard - low to the water)? Sailing with full sails in the ocean with even 4 foot swells and you can certainly capsize!! Been there.

This type of ship was designed to stay close to the coast or sail in lakes and didn't have much draft to help with stability. They were designed to be a stable gun platform in calm waters.

Having said that seems that it will need testing and tuning. How about some oars? ;)

Or rather some kid bike stabilizers.

Edit: capsizing repeatable confirmed. :D well a rather funny way to get rid of excess durabilities and officer lives i suppose.
